Young Jeezy has recently been in the news lately because of accusations that he did not properly pay artists as reported by www.rapmusimagazine.blogspot.com. CTE Clem recently reported that Young Jeezy did not want his artist to shine. And he did not want his artist to have more money than them. So he often shelved them. Now Westcoast rapper 2 eleven makes those same accusations as www.rapmusicmazine.com and www.dirty-glove.net.
Rapper 2eleven stated that Young Jeezy cease and desisted $500k. And only brought him along because he wanted an entourage of rappers. That he didn't want to make money and was even short on money. He talks about a problem with Black Wall Street and speaks well about Waka Flocka's name. Who recently sold 10 million units. He says he is not bitter toward Freddie Gibbs nor Carbon 15, who worked with Young Jeezy.
He claims Jeezy was on some other things and did not care about the label. He basically just wanted soldiers around. This happens a lot at labels owned by artists. The biggest artist doesnt want the other artists to outshine them.
2 eleven goes on to speak on being signed to Suge Knight's label and says that. Suge Knight was a great CEO and always gave him an opportunity to eat at the table. Artists need to concentrate more on their specific assignment at a label and the paperwork needs to have deadlines. This way artists know exactly what they are getting themselves into. And what the expectations are so that they can get a release from the contract for a breach.
